LA GUERRA SE HA DESATADO EN EL NORTE。

¿SOBREVIVIRÁN LASGOL Y SUS COMPANEROS A ESTE SEGUNDO AÑO?

¿PODRÁN RESOLVER LOS MISTERIOS QUE VAN APARECIENDO A CADA PASO?

The Kings secretWhy is it that the second book in a series is always better than the first? I was about to give up on this series but then the plot thickened

Next installment please I like this style of storytelling, believable characters, twists in the story, suspense on every page。 On to book 3 now。

Iremos poco a poco。

My kind of book enjoyable

Una buena secuela del primer libro。 A veces la parte del entrenamiento enfanga un poco la lectura y lo hace repetitivo, pero los acontecimientos han dado un giro muy interesante que me harán leer el siguiente。

Another gripping adventure in the series。 I'm not sure how many more I'll listen to (since there are at least 14 books in the series!), but I still think they're great! If he would just stick to the story, I’d be much happier。 He has a lot to offer in this world of rangers, magic, and good versus evil。 Like I said in my last review, he desperately needs an editor, but beyond that, I am getting sick of the frequent feminist pandering。 I’m going to try one more book, but if things don’t improve, this series will be relegated to the not-worth-it pile。

Story continues! Like to see if Lasgol is gonna keep growing。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 3。5No tenía muy claro cual sería el objetivo del protagonista en este libro después de lo sucedido en el anterior, me ha gustado descubrir más sobre los secretos que guardaban sus padres。 Por otro lado algo que no me ha gustado tanto ha sido lo repetitivas que se sentían algunos de los acontecimientos, por ejemplo la ceremonia de aceptación si en el tercer libro vuelve a suceder lo mismo que no se si lo pueda aguantar。Me está gustando mucho la historia pero muchas cosas se repiten y es muy moles 3。5No tenía muy claro cual sería el objetivo del protagonista en este libro después de lo sucedido en el anterior, me ha gustado descubrir más sobre los secretos que guardaban sus padres。 Por otro lado algo que no me ha gustado tanto ha sido lo repetitivas que se sentían algunos de los acontecimientos, por ejemplo la ceremonia de aceptación si en el tercer libro vuelve a suceder lo mismo que no se si lo pueda aguantar。Me está gustando mucho la historia pero muchas cosas se repiten y es muy molesto。 。。。more

Really great to read a book written by an expert writerGreat twists in the plot; plus the author is able to show rather than “tell about” the characters’ growth and development。 This helps the reader relax and enter into the world of the characters without being distracted by the storyline’s scaffolding。No typos from rushing the proof-reading or simply relying on spellcheck, which is a dead giveaway of a someone who hasn’t put the time in to develop his/her craft。

HrmmmGood book, the chapters are pretty long, something like an average of 11 pages。 A good, not to predictable plot, it's kinda like a cross between Harry Potter and Eragon。 HrmmmGood book, the chapters are pretty long, something like an average of 11 pages。 A good, not to predictable plot, it's kinda like a cross between Harry Potter and Eragon。 。。。more

Good readA good read。 He kept coming back to find out what was going to happen next。 Some of the books I have been reading I have had to power through it just to say I read。the book。 Not this series so far。

Nuevo aentrega de esta saga。 Con dos partes diferenciadas, que por momentos parece que sean historias diferentes。No está mal, aunque tiene partes que para mi gusto le sobran。Buena lectura juvenil con un montón de giros argumentales。

Starting book 2 I had a lot of high expectations about this book。 Lasgol is on a break from his training as a Ranger at the beginning and you get to see a new and more powerful lasgol。It has such a great premise and now that he has officially cleared his family name he has regained all of his families money as well as home。 It made you feel great that you get to see how Lasgol has gained more confidence as well as gained some new found inner peace。The second year seems to be just as fraught with Starting book 2 I had a lot of high expectations about this book。 Lasgol is on a break from his training as a Ranger at the beginning and you get to see a new and more powerful lasgol。It has such a great premise and now that he has officially cleared his family name he has regained all of his families money as well as home。 It made you feel great that you get to see how Lasgol has gained more confidence as well as gained some new found inner peace。The second year seems to be just as fraught with peril and adventure as the first year。 It had so much in it to offer and you can see the team still as dysfunctional as normal。I love the friendship between Egil and Lasgol。 All issues they had seemed to be fixed which is great as it shows that friendship really does surpass issues。I love the training idea as it shows a steady chance for the characters to grow。 It also shows the rivalries between people and can easily make more out of it once they go on to working for the Rangers。It has been a trend in recent years that you have younger characters go through official training at something like an academy。 It makes things interesting but in most fantasy setting not great either as many times they would be apprenticed to a master to learn there skills。 You wouldn't see larger groups especially with the Rangers as this book makes them out like they aren't the best group。The character I dislike the most is Isgord who just annoys me as he seems to be the bully。 The first book was bad but the second book he seems to have become worse and wants to make others look bad。Astrid to me was an interesting friend to Lasgol but in this book I have found that her personality is just grating on me and I find that the friendship she threw it away or was friends only because she needed something from Lasgol。This felt almost like an ending in some ways to the innocence of the Lasgol and Egil his best friend。 It made me sad but at the same time they are two of the best characters who are learning to be Rangers。So far this series has been great。 I haven't been enthralled by a fantasy series in quite some time 。。。more
